On the occasion of the World Day of Cities on October 31 and in the context of the city partnership between Regensburg and Odesa, we would like to reflect together on the special role of Odesa and its place in global debates.
This event is part of the Slavic Colloquium at the University of Regensburg and offers a unique opportunity to look at the identity of the Ukrainian city of Odesa - the “Pearl on the Black Sea” - from a new perspective.
